Hello Everybody – it's been a good year+ since I've been on CTOA site, at that time my Yuchai 30hp dozer was driven into the ground by an employee, it wasn't the tranny, clutch was released, I think it's going to need motor pulled & opened up, but of course the manuals are gone. Probably the same guy who messed up the dozer.

QUESTION: I seem to remember somebody had a PDF or simiilar online version of the Yuchai manuals, parts breakouts and diagrams. Has anyone seen that around>?

        Much thanks, Gary Kaye

          Hi Gary, welcome (again).

Who will be working on it, you or an employee?

What year is the dozer? I assume from your post it has a dry clutch?

Did you try Northern Tool (Nortrack dozer)?

Hi Gary, I did come across an 'explosed of the Motor ' on line last moth of the engine. Rob

Personally, I sent an email to Yuchai at the link shown above and they responded within less than 24 hours.  Send them your engine number and date and they will send you a pdf manual for your dozer.

The WikiBook is for the TY395 engine only. No tractor stuff there. Yet.
