Need JW03 cylinder parts or cylinder

Making the story short , I open my boom cylinder last tuesday because it was pouring oil (not just leaking ) what I tough would be a matter of just changing the top seal end up showing me a catastrophic failure . the snap ring that hold the lock for the packing head broke and with the time is basically ruin my packing head . curiously the cylinder tube seem not bad .

is there a place to buy a packing head for thos cylinder ? if not where can I buy the cylinder ?

The boom cylinder  is the snapring/split ring cover type with male oring face connection
