        WOW. This little bugger is giving me a fit. The shaft won't budge a centimeter even after clamping on old vicegrips and whacking the heck outta it. I thought maybe icing down the shaft would shrink it enough to get some movement, but figured you guys have managed to move it somehow to replace that darn sleeve.  Any suggestions? Should I grind or cut out the rear bearing to free it up?vomit

          That rear bearing is whats giving you the grief, you can also try to get a screw driver in between the 2-shafts to get it started moving, once it starts it will come out pretty easy,we have also welded a ring on the back of the shaft to get a puller on.

              No not yet. Only spent a few minutes fussing with it. Maybe next weekend I'll get to it after I bulk up my forearm muscles!
