I have a Jinma 284 and was checking the hydraulic oil with the dip stick located under the right side of the seat. Not sure where the level should be, there is one mark on the stick and and do you screw the stick all the way in or keep it out during the check?  Could not find in info in the owners manual, thank you for any help.

When you unscrew the rear dipstick, you set it on the hole to check the level. there should be 2- marks Low and full

              Bob,

I have the 284 and had trouble seeing the level on the metal rod.  I use a wood dowel with a marking of 1-1/2″ (full) and 2-1/8″ (low) measured from the lip of the hole.
