Your Fuel filter could be clogged or your air filter If it is the air filter you will probably see alot of black smoke.

How many hours on it, and when is the last time any maintenance was done?

You say the engine revs well, but it won't go – do you mean it won't go forward when in gear?  If so, then your clutch may need adjustment or replacement.  How does the PTO perform?  I think we need more specifics in order to diagnose this at a distance.

Start with the fuel filter, if that doesn't do it check filter in tank on end of fuel bowl, there is also a filter in the top of bowl. If still not running correctly check filter at end of hose running to the hand pump at banjo bolt end. Sometimes that fuel hose from the shut off under tank to the hand pump will collapse on the inside when engine warms up, check it. We have any part for your tractor in stock should you need something. Give us a call if we can help.
