I have a leaking r/h lift arm seal that is leaking Hyd. fluid. Has anyone ever changed this seal, and if so is it difficult? Thanks

There are 2- oil seals on each side. You need to remove the upper sub arm and you will see the seals inside, If the lift shaft bushings are bad the new seals will not last long.Check  the shaft for tightness .

Do you have a parts book ? It will show you a exploded view of the parts

Thanks for that. I do have a parts book for it, and will check the illustrated breakdown. Are they difficult seals to replace? Or do you just remove and replace them when you pull the lift arm off?

Once you pull the upper arm off you can get to them, you have to dig  them out with a small screwdriver

Ok, will do. I’ll have to get the part numbers out of the IPC first, but is this something that you would normally carry in stock?

The part number out of the book for those is GB 1235-1976. If you have those in stock I suppose it would be wise to replace both sides then? Haven’t checked for excess play in the bushings yet. Are those difficult to change? Do they have to be pressed in?

The bushings are held in with set screws , look in the description of that part number and it will give you the seal size , but to answer your question yes I will have them in stock
