It's something about this site and http tags. Everything is missing between http://johnstractor.homestead   and   chAdj.html

http://www.johnstractor.homestead.com will get you on the site.

I took mine off a couple of years ago and it was not fun.  The published method works, as long as you have a level, smooth, hard surface to work with – I don't.  I finally used my engine hoist/shop crane to hold it up so I could back the tractor out of it.  I hope I never have to do that again.

I adjusted my clutch a couple years ago on my 284 but I only removed the left bracket by the bell housing to get access to the clutch. It worked fine with the loader at rest on the floor.
