I have a 1995 bulldozer,  the manual says it is a JLW-D2 bulldozer.

I have water leaking around the waterpump shaft,  I have 2 quesitions

        1. can they be rebuilt or do I need to buy a new one?

        2. while I have it torn apart is there a way to add a coolent filter — the bulldozer is used relatively infrequently,  I only have 300 hours on it and so I am wondering if the problem was caused by “crap” in  my cooling system

        Thanks

We need to know what model number and name engine it has, we have several different water pumps in stock for the Chinese engines, very possibly have it.

As far as rebuilding it ? I don't think you are going to have much luck

Casting sand and other debris in the cooling system can knock out a seal in pretty short order. Coolant filters are found on almost all high end equipment that is not considered “disposable”.
