        1. Steering quit on this 304 with a TY395E3 engine its a dual system , 2 hydraulic pumps the forward pump supplies hydraulic flow for the steering. The pump wasn’t turning caused by failure of the drive the internal spline was wiped out . Something must have happened to dead head the pump and wipe out the drive.
