Bob, you are right. A lattice boom would not last a hot second. He sent me a picture of the accumulator and said he found it online. I wondered who in the heck would have a picture of such an item online. searched for “linkbelt accumulator” and found the site where the picture came from. The site was only for reference. The real boom on the machine was made of square tubing built totally different. It had bars in the center and small wings so a person could heal a log against the boom for loading etc. I will figure out who the joker is.
