Ok (new tractor owner here), so I topped off all my fluids and greased anywhere there was a fitting… The Lift arm assembly is now continueing to fill up, drip & covered with fluid  .  I have been researching as much as possible about it.  I read somewhere that if you overfill fluids, it can run out that mechanism… IS THIS TRUE? Would you think I need a rebuild kit (and here again, keep my mechanic’s pocket padded…)

I bought this wonderful clean 2002 Jinma 284 Y385 tractor in Feb 2016 with 94 hours on it for $8000, the meter is at 110 hrs now, … it has a personality of its own, and although I have already had a mechanic change oil, replace coolant hose, adjust clutch a few times to realize its not going to work, therefore he’s replacing the clutch next week  … I’d really like to keep it maintained any help is appreciated!  :yahoo:

I have heard of hydro oil being pushed out vent tube on some models maybe you should clean it off and then see exactly where it is coming from.  I believe that most tractors suggest that all hydro systems be placed in the fully down position when checking fluid levels . some dipsticks have two marks on them the lower one for tractors without fel  the higher one with fel. Your tractor mech. that will be doing the clutch should help you out.
