Might be useful to know if it is a Yuchai, a Guillin, a Caterpillar or a Euclid – there are some noteworthy differences between them, after all.  Model? Size?

You may be in luck.  I believe Bob Rooks has a Yuchai 30hp.  He will have a manual (he's a real diesel mechanic), though he may not have it as a pdf file.  He'll probably reply shortly if he's not at sea or something.

Euclid said: “There is no royal road to geometry”. He wasn't lying.

Euclid TC-12's were a love-hate relationship. Imagine a dozer split in half right down the middle. A 6-71 Detroit on each side. Radiators in the rear. What a nightmare to work on.

LSF, does your dozer have a shuttle clutch? I have a few manuals you may be interested in but they are the original “Chinglish” translations. Have you contacted Northern Tool? I understand they have their own improved version.

Bob, dozer has shuttle shift.  Delay is due to ISP problem, sorry.  I note that there are two threaded rods connected to the shaft of the (left)  brake pedal shaft.

                    thanks,

Did you contact Northern Tool about their manual?
