I have a 2010 Mahindra 254 II, and I was bush hogging on some very steep hills at a friend's place last weekend. The temperature went up, and the oil pressure dropped, so I stopped. It has always been that way, right from new, and, as I self-imported, no warranty (factory support was a joke). Let it cool, and it would be fine again.
When I started it again, it had zero oil pressure, whereas it still had oil pressure when I shut it off. Because it has had all sorts of electrical problems, any gauge dropping out at any time is not to be unexpected, but, granted, this was coincidental. As it was in a very bad place, I didn't have any choice but to gamble and drive it out, but all seemed fine, so I loaded it on my trailer to go home.
Starting it again to unload into my garage, it started very hard (not its nature), and no power at all, so the gauge wasn't coincidental.
I guess I need an engine rebuild kit and an oil pump. Where can I get this, because paying money to that factory and then begging and pleading for responses, much less product, for months on end, isn't high on my list of pleasurable pursuits. Snow is coming a whole lot sooner than any parts from China and I need this blasted thing fixed to run my snowblower. I'm in a pickle.
Thanks for any help!

Mahindra bought the old Lenar factory, and changed the engine up a little in your model tractor.I don't know of anyone selling Lenar parts in the USA any more.I would get the engine serial and model number and start searching from there.I sell complete bolt in engines for the Jinma tractors and they are around $ 3K,but they will not fit your tractor

Are you sure the engine is blown?
Is it actually seized up?
Will it crank over?
Can you turn it over by hand?

It'll still turn over. I sell tractor parts for a living (but not for these). I don't want to seize it and then need a new crank and rods.

Check your couplings coming off the pump, uncouple and redo, its a long shot but we have seen it happen when one comes undone. But it would not cause that pressure drop.
We can get you that engine rebuild kit, if you need it give us a call.

this is redhorse and you guys are good I worry that the oil pressure is at
0 psi unless it is a electrical gauge but if it is mechanical then I would
unscrew the tube to oil sender or gauge to see if you have any pressure

If you remove the oil filter and spin the engine you'll very quickly know if the oil pump has failed.
