Not knowing a lot about diesel engine operations I was wondering if you can rebuilt the injectors. I have a TY395 engine and have had to replace two of the injectors as they were spraying to much fuel, which was leaking into the crankcase.
If this can be done please provide me of a company that does this. Thanks

Why not just buy new ones.

Craig, I never had any luck in getting them rebuilt. The only place that could do it in the area is Spokane Diesel Pump Repair. The last I checked with them a couple of years ago they had no idea where to get internal parts. With a lot of this stuff the Chinese will sell a new one but they won't sell parts to fix the one you have. This seems to really be true with injection stuff. For injectors even if you could get parts the cost would be more than an new injector.

I suspect you have a fuel contamination issue. While I do not know of anyone who works on these, does not mean someone is not out there
Here is a link to one of the dealers here, I'd pick his brain if I was you.

Generally speaking, any individual fuel system repair components are not available at the retail level. Call around to some diesel shops in your area, but I will wager that to rebuild one of these injectors will only be slightly less than buying new ones.

Replacement parts for these injectors are VERY hard to get/find.Just about everyone of these China/Jinma injectors I have had in my hands that were not firing correct have been due to trash or pop off pressure out of spec. Most of the time I can clean and set pop off pressure.Takes a lot of hours to wear out a injector or Lack of lube in the fuel.Ronald
