She's baaaacccckk!
150% better! Thank you Eric @ Keno for making things right. The dozer turns now (as evidenced by the tread marks on my driveway.)
There is still some weakness / intermittency with the right-side brake but I think it's within reach.

Congratulations!!! May I suggest that while you wait for your roads to dry out that you consider a fuel pre-filter that can be easily checked and changed if needed. I have always used a biocide in my fuel but that did not stop the dozer from dying on the side of a hill from those damn bugs.

Sounds like a reasonable idea. I'll add it to the growing list of upgrades / modifications.
First up is the pitch/roll gauge.

Congratulations Grizz! I hope you are satisfied with Eric's work. The dozer looks nice.
I have the R&B dual axis grade and slope meter. It's great.
There are also these for $9.95, but don't know much about them.
I installed a 5µ transparent inline primary fuel filter (pic later today) so I can visually monitor the condition of the fuel. When this filter starts to turn dark or black, that means the bugs are back. However, this filter does NOT trap water or moisture so I still have to periodically stick my tank with Kolor Kut.

Is there a place that is best for this type of filter? What i mean is; where in the fuel system should it be placed?

This would splice into the fuel line between the sediment bowl and the lift pump. I would not combine the use of the screen in the sediment bowl with this filter as it would negate the bug tattle-tale effect.
