Whether intentional or not, the absence of the bulldozer logo for some time has not gone unnoticed, and because of the site owners reluctance to answer questions one can only assume that there are fermenting underlying issues that need to be resolved moving forward.

I believe we are being discriminated against,
and should file a civil rights case for unfair treatment.
Further, we should ask for reparations, and temporary busing,
and at least “as good as” facilities.Truth is, we could hold our own against these jealous track-deprived nimrods,
all by ourselves!!!You provide the actual knowledge and help, :good:
and I’ll produce the extraneous, gratuitous, bull shxx. ๐
(Note how cleverly I’ve disguised a naughty word.) :whistle:Take for example a wheel: ๐
of which the other folks hereabouts are ardently infatuated :B O R I N G
-
Anyway you turn it, it looks the same! O
Here’s another. O
OK typography makes it imperfectly,
the capitol “o” has a squash to it, but you get my drift.NO AXIAL FAVORITISM! ANY damn orientation: B O R I N G!!!!
Now consider a TRACK! :yahoo:
Has a LONG and a SHORT axis of symmetry!
MUCH nicer!!
And, in operation,
produces a musical CLank, clank , clank,
as the plates rotate from the semi-circle part to the nifty straight part on top.And you NEVER hear the HISS! of air leaking out, B-)
and you got NO
“Lets put water in the tracks to make them heavier :mail: soze we’ll get some decent traction..”
๐ No siree-BOB! ๐SO many reasons those “tire folks” got to envy us,:::
totally understandable WHY,—:::but we’re adultz here, (or pretend to be,)
and ‘mongst other things,
that means not letting your lowly internal prejudices show! :negative:Wake up , TIRE PERSONAGES, :bye:
and repent! :negative: -

I’ve heard that this is a secret society and you needed a sponsor and know the secret handshake before being admitted.
Meetings are held behind hidden tool cabinet doors that are activated by retinal scanners.
Passwords and symbols are mentioned to the UN-initiated is such ways as the unwary never catch on to what is being presented.
To protect the members, no one person can know the names of more than two others in case someone is captured and forced to talk tracks.
Shhh!

Bob what is your though on this my 2 Chinese tractors were designed with a single stage air cleaner the 50 hp has a pooter the 20 hp does not.ย Would you fool around with a redesignย to put on a 2 stage filtration or maintain what is there. Really I do not get a bunch of trash getting sucked into the inlets. Of course there is dust, I usually clean them out about every 50 hrs.

I’ve never heard of a “pooter”. Do you mean an automatic dust ejector like a joker valve? Isn’t your air cleaner mounted under the hood in front of the radiator? (Really a bad place, but styling is everything). Two stage filters are obviously better and more efficient. I tossed the OEM filter that came with my dozer and installed a Donaldson with a pooter outside of the engine compartment. You can also install your own pooter. Surplus Center has a couple different sizes of two stage Donaldons .
There is also a pre cleaner, and these work very well.

the 20 hp has it mounted towards the backside of the engine the 50 hp is like you describe. both have tilting hoods that hinge in the back so going thru the hood would require a big hole. Maybe a pre-filter would be a answer.

If you were ambitious enough you could mount the pre-cleaner on the hood and seal the underside with a rubber doughnut. Just a thought.
I installed one of these on my dozer. It also came factory equipped on my pickup truck, skid steer, and excavator.
