        I have a jinma 254, 2009, and I could not get the tractor to go in reverse. I took the gear box cover off and found a loose bolt that holds on the shift guide plate, tightened down bolt but now can not figure out how to align gearbox cover and replace it. Any suggestions on how to get it back in place?

          You just have to align the shifter with the H pattern shift guide plate.   Also have to make sure the High Low lever gets into the slot in the transmission.  If both of those are in the right place the cover should go on without a problem.  If you have any more qestions feel free to call or email me.
