i just bought a 1990 1ton f350 dually with a utility bed…i was wondering if they make a class 5 hitch for it without having to modify the bed for it to fit…i dont wanna cut on the bed to get it to fit if i dont have to..its only a eight foot bed so i wont be able to haul it…i gotta pull it

I pull my dozer with my '08 F350 6.4 dually. It barely knows it's there.

Class V trailer hitch came standard with the tow package on my rig and it's bolted right to the frame with a 2-1/2″ receiver and 3/4″ pin.

I think it would be too heavy to haul anyway, what is your max. GVW rating? (On your door sticker).

I have a 96 dodge 1 ton diesel dually and have a class 4 and pull 6 tons just make sure that your trailer has good brakes, best on all axles, it is easier to get speed than to stop.fyi the new brake controllers are a lot nicer than those made years ago so you might want to look at the new ones features.(mine has a light that comes on when the brakes are plugged in )

              I hauled mine from Kansas with a 7.3 F 350, 2002 model year.

I was glad I had the manual transmission when coming back down the Sierra.
