Like David said, simply tighten the fitting nuts.
The only time some injectors will need to be calibrated is if they are taken apart by a novice and the shims get mixed up.
The only time a fuel injection pump needs to be re-calibrated is when the barrel and plunger assemblies have been disturbed, or removed and disassembled. It should be noted however that periodic fuel injection pump rebuild and re-cal are part of a scheduled routine maintenance at around 15 – 20,000 hours with good maintenance practices.
