I have a Agracat 3720 Magnum (AKA Jinma 304) with a Yangdong Y395 engine. I need to locate the fuel return line that goes from each cylinder to the tank. It has three banjo fittings, one for each cylinder, then goes to the tank. It does not connect to the pump. All I have found online is the hose that has a fitting for each cylinder, connection to the tank and a banjo fitting for the pump. Again, mine does not have that banjo fitting coming from the pump. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

They are all separate short lines between the banjo fittings that can be purchased in bulk locally. Cut to fit.

How do I crimp then on the banjo fitting? I don't have the proper crimper. Each line is crimped.

you can cut that crimp off
cut up the length of the crimp then cut around the crimp as close to the banjo as possible and remove the hose
there is a nipple you can clamp a new hose to
good luck

Those are injector leak-off lines. There is hardly any fuel in them, and absolutely no pressure at all. It's a common misunderstanding to refer to them as return lines. These engines do not have unit injectors, so there is no fuel flow back to the tank.

So then I don't need to worry about them? There is moisture around the hose when it is running so I though I needed to replace.

When the engine is running you may get a few drops of fuel from each injector. This is normal. If you don't get any fuel at all, that's ok too.
If you are showing signs of dampness at the banjo fittings it is probably because the lines have become brittle and the crimp ferrules are no longer holding. You can cut the ferrules off and replace them with mini hose clamps, or you can replace the hoses with a tight push-on type hose.
From the pictures it appears that the hoses should be replaced because they are cracking. I had this same issue on my dozer engine. Poor quality hose.

to take off the ferrules try a mini grinder 4 or 4 1/2 inch or a 3 inch muffler cutter and a 1/16 inch cut off wheel . you might not be able to cut the whole thing off so just pry and split near the banjo.

Okay thanks everyone. I will try my dremmel tool and cutoff wheel to get the crimps off then just clamp on some new fuel hose.

Or you could just buy the correct replacement return line hose?? The new hoses have a stainless steel flex cover, If you decide you want a OEM replacement let us know we keep them in stock 979-865-4002
