Im a new member but have been lurking awhile.  yesterday while I was spreading 150 yds of road material, my waterpump bearings failed and allowed the fan to wipe out my radiator. I am now insearch of place to buy a new pump.  Help would be appreciated.  My machine is a 1994 Guilin 252L, also known as a Rhino 302.  I think it was sold by Northern tool

Do you know if your engine is a Jaing Dong TY295? There should be a nameplate on the left side of the engine. Also, there might be the letters JD inside of a diamond cast into the block.

Oh. That's different then. The TY engines have interchangeable coolant pumps. I'm not familiar with your engine. I would contact Affordable Tractor or Circle-G tractor.

You might wind up having to rebuild your coolant pump.

Oops, not what I was hoping to hear, but I will contact both of those dealers and see what happens.

I live in the Alaskan bush so finding the bearings and seals to rebuild might be a problem.  Also I discovered a crack in the casting where the seal goes.

                    Thanks for your help

Doing a google search on “fuzhou engine” I came up with this:

Fuzhou Golden Flying Fish Diesel Engine Co., Ltd.-

fgffdecl.en.china.cn/‎           along with a few others. This one had the most colorful name though roflmao

I did a Google search on that engine and found some spare parts and complete engines – in England.

One thought is that you may be able to repower the dozer with a TY295 engine if you deem that economically feasible.

Tommy has a complete new engine here. There may be other sources as well.

If you are a pretty good wrench, here is another deal.

Really glad you followed through, so many folks don't and just leave us hanging.

Glad the dozer is up and running again.
