This question comes up often and is very easy for our members who are logged into the site. As always, your PROFILE is your window to your activity. So, by clicking on your login name or icon in the login box, you will be taken directly to your profile page.
This page provides information about you and helps you see your highlighted activity within the forums.
To see all post that you have not yet viewed you can click on the SUBSCRIPTIONS button and it will display every post you have not read. You can individually mark them read or to simply mark everything up to date as READ, just scroll to the bottom of your profile page when under the subscriptions tab and you simply click the option MARK ALL TOPICS READ! <—this marks everything under your UNREAD section as read. NOTE: This does not affect those you have marked as favorite or subscribed to.

Hal,
I guess that I misunderstood this. I marked all topics as read, but I thought that any new posts on those topics would appear when I clicked on Subscriptions. But they don’t. Apparently when I marked all topics as read, the entire topic was marked and not just the existing posts on that topic.
Is that what you intended?
Thank you,
RonJ

The idea was to help members who have not been on the site quickly clear up everything as read. Then simply go to the specific topics you are interested in and then mark them unread so they will reappear back as unread. Now new Topics á they get added should start to show up as unread going forward. 😥 I think! If you click on a topic and scroll through it it will assume it is red and it will no longer appear as unread under your subscription section again this simply helps you keep up with what’s new since you last explored the site
