        Does the 3 point hitch depend on the tractors hydraulic pump to raise it or does the pto create the power to raise it?

          there is a pump under the housing that the  seat is attached to that gives hydro power to the lift arms

            The hydraulic pump on the front right side of engine provides power for 3 PTH.
            Same pump as front end loader.

              ray h is right I guess I was not thinking Chinese tractors when I replied to question.
