I have been trying to find front turf tires for a 254 Jinma 4wd tractor. Size is 26×7.5-12 4PR.
Help, can’t find anywhere. Any help would be appreciated!!!

I found no turf in that size, simple tire has bkt tire 27 x 7.00 x 12 ,6 ply ag grip part# 94019274 @ 100.96 ea. lawn tractors use a 23 x 8.50 x 12 on rears but that is to short but could be used I guess if left out of 4 wheel drive . I have a 2005 lenar (dongfeng) LE204A and it uses a 5 x 12 ag grip in front . as long as it is not real wet they do not tear up the ground.

Thanks David for your reply. That might work since I’m not getting anywhere with the 26″ size. I thing the 1″ difference in the height of the tire will have a minimal effect. I only use 4 wd when needed so it might not be a big deal.

Have you checked with the Jinma dealers such as Affordable or Circle G?

I usually buy parts from Circle G, I called them first and spent 2 days calling all dealers I could find to no avail. Very frustrating!

I am with you 1 inch should not be a big deal as long as 4 wheel is not used on a hard surface.

I didn’t read your text reply correctly, David, I have ag tires also for my tractor. I won’t use them on the lawn. when we get a reasonable amount of rain my lawn becomes a sponge. I wish I could find that size in a turf tire.

Today I found the site of the original tire manufacture in China. I found the exact size and p/n I now have on the tractor. I emailed them with a request for distributor info and asked if they would sell and ship directly to me. I had done this with some other manufactures and got no reply. They require the purchase of 20, 50 tires or a container full to sell. I’m going to keep my fingers crossed!!!

David, alibaba was one of the first I checked. I just found a tire called Maxxis, it’s a Can-Am tire, the size is 25x8x12 with a weight classification the same as the original tire. It’s 1″ shorted and 1/2″ wider. It’s a Rib tread design and the best I’m going to be able to do at this time. I ordered 2 of them, they are coming from England. I’m sick of looking!
