        I let my jinma 284 sit for 2 months now i get white smoke out the exost pipe but wont start.

          Try priming the hand pump on side of injection pump.

            White smoke is unburned fuel particles in cold exhaust from incomplete combustion. Are you using the glow plugs?

              a lower hose engine coolant heater might be needed if you are in a real cold place.
