I have a 254II Lenar tractor made by the Jangling Tractor Co. This company has gone out of business.  I have the operator instruction book. Does anyone know who bought them out?  I am looking for any other technical manuals that might be hidden somewhere, anywhere.  Especially a wiring diagram. Any information as to compatible parts would also be helpful.  Mechanically this is a very strong tractor. Electrically it is out of the dark ages.  I would also like any information in adjusting the two position clutch that engages the PTO and the transmission.

            Thanks,

I burned out the starter trying to start the Lenar a couple of winters ago.  In frustration bought a new Massey Ferguson.  The dealer I bought the Massy from found a Mahindra starter that would fit the Lenar.  I have a six inch chipper and a back hoe that came with the Lenar.  So that's all I use it for now.  Next, I plan to completely rewire the thing.  Need to get the glow plug to work so it will start in cold weather.  Then to adjust the PTO clutch.  As I say, this is a strong mechanical tractor.  Great as a power source.  Tough to drive.

            Great chat room, thanks guys

If you still have that .pdf could you email it to me? That would be great.
