First it has been a few years since I was on this forum. I’m sure lots
has changed and will try not to make any intentional blunders. In looking
over the forums I see a lot of names of members that I well remember.
This little dozer was what led me to this forum years ago in the first place.
It has been a good one, rode hard and put up wet at times. Having to sit days in the woods waiting for the weather to change where the track could be remounted. And so
many times the headache rack saved my life when in the thick pine trees, 100’+,
a widow maker would fall, hit the top cover and wedge the dozer between trees.
Or the time that when pushing sections of pine trees into a large burn pile a
burning pine log section taller and longer than the blade rolled off the pile
and wedged behind the blade breaking the hoses and hyd fluid spewing on the open
flame….now that one WILL get your attention….FAST!
It did a tremendous job cleaning and getting the pine tree farm in working/selling condition. Lately it has been relegated to just sitting idle and occasional usage to recover something from down in the woods….like stuck tractors, 4 wheelers, fallen pine trees and the like. I want to make sure it is all in working order, new lights, battery and such but am missing a part that we can not find. The lower right side screen of our dozer seems to have up and walked away.
After a shop fire a few years ago we think that this metal piece may have
gotten on the burned metal scrap heap.
I’ll include a pic of the right hand side of the dozer
where missing lower half of screen would fit. Model # off of engine plate is
TY395IT Jiangsu Jianghuai Engine Stock Co., Ltd.
Number off of plate on side of cab says…
Trak King Dozerc/03154 Dozer/34020Seems it had a small box
screen that had to fit over the protruding pump??? Something was odd on
that side well as I remember. Seems limbs use to wedge against it and had
it rather bent up at times. Which is most likely why that part was off at
the time of the fire. No the dozer was not in the shop fire. Old shop door
was to short to get tractor and dozer in so they were under other cover at
the time.If anyone might have a used one or know where we can purchase the missing part
please let me know. Or as a last resort maybe some specs so we could reproduce one.
The metal is all just small hole types on both sides. If not I guess it will be off
to the metal fab shop and upgrade it on both sides with some nice munimula!!!
Of course all of you know what that is and where that name came from….right???Attachments:

Sorry to hear about the fire, both of them.
Interesting. My dozer has a one-piece screen on both sides, and all of the others I’ve seen are also one-piece. You may be able to purchase a single screen from one of the dealers like Circle-G or Keno, but it may be cheaper and faster to fab your own. Perforated steel is relatively inexpensive. The following is just an example, but you can get this stuff at Home Depot and Lowe’s.

Every Sat morning we would watch the Ruff and Ready show. We might not could diagram a sentence but we dang sure could spell munimula forwards and backwards aluminum :yahoo:

HA! I knew if I kept trying I would get you to respond. Yay me. Remind me not to respond to any of your posts in the future. You are much younger than me if you watched that Hanna-Barbera crap on TV. Even the most dense person can discern that munimula is the obverse of aluminum. B-)

Old enough to know better and to young to do anything about it….that’s my story and I’m sticking to it. Lets just say uncle sam sent me on an all expense paid tour in 1967…..
