The PTO on my Jinma 354 does not fully dis-engage when the clutch is fully depressed.  Does this mean I need a clutch adjustment?  Or is it normal for it to remain particially engaged?

OK.  Reading the forum further, I can tell the clutch does need adjusting.  Was anyone able to locate the clutch adjusting instruction?

It used to be here before the nuclear meltdown awhile back, I have them in one of the manuals that came with the tractor somewherehmmm.

However, either Ronald at Ranch Hand  Supply or Tommy at Affordable in the dealers link will help you. It may be on one of their websites, I'm not sure.

Be sure to check the roll pin in the linkage where the shaft from the tranny connects to the arm from the clutch. They are known to shear.

I would bet on the rollPin  I had the same problem  replace it then drive a smaller roll pin inside the one you install
