- My third clutch foot pedal roll pin sheared today.
My previously posted roll pin modification made todays task quicker.
This time I used a spiral rolled spring steel roll pin. That roll pin was .331 inches in diameter and 1.5” long using calipers to measure. It appeared to be tapered slightly because of the way it was machine rolled but I did not confirm that with my calipers.
When you replace this pin use a 2” length so that if it breaks in the future it will have something to grab on to for removal.
