I tried to remove my frame mounted Jinma HW03X backhoe from my Jinma 254. I hadn’t watched Keno Tractors’ YouTube videos on this process yet so instead of removing the front pins first I removed the four rear bolts . After lowering the BH all the way down I couldn’t get it to raise back up . I did see a little fluid leakage from the in-line filter (I think it got pinched on the frame when I lowered it). I jacked the BH back up and but the 4 bolts back in . Now the BH operation is very slow and choppy . I am wondering if anyone else has experienced this and can share with me.
It sounds to me like you lost enough hydraulic oil to allow air to get into the system. Check for crushed/broken hoses, pulled hose connections and couplings. I’m assuming your backhoe runs off the tractor hydraulics and does not have it’s own dedicated hydraulic pump. Yes?
It turns out that I replaced the filter and topped off the hydraulic oil . The BH worked normally (The stabilizers worked but I didn’t try any digging) . So it seems that it is back to its old self. Thank you Bob for responding . I do appreciate the help. <!–more–>
