        I have a fuel injector pump that won't hold lubricating oil.  Injector pump reservoir empties within 1 to 2hours.  Oil level in crankcase is rising.  I need part to rebuild pump after it has been removed from tractor and disassembled.

         

        Tractor is Dong Feng 304G2 (Branded as Talon)

        Engine is Changchai 3LS30 (ZN390T?) 1.8L / 3cyl – 30HP EPA certified 2010.  Serial no. = C00310821A

         

        Injector pump tag reads –

        BH3QT80R8

        0211OR16228

        3Q _142 . . . . . . .12-10

         

        Also need service manual for this engine.

          No one is going to have or sell you parts for the fuel injector pump,you will have to replace the pump or take it to a fuel injection shop to get rebuilt

            Hi Andy, welcome.

            You are not qualified to do this type of work unless you have a calibration bench (they run around $35,000.00 for a cheapie).

            Individual parts are not sold on the retail market for any fuel injection pump/governor assembly for specific reasons.

             

            If you are ambitious enough, and a qualified diesel mechanic with the appropriate training, you can replace the shaft seal by yourself but it is an involved process. Best to heed Tommy's advice.
