        Hello everybody,

I bought a ZL15 wheelloader out of china.

Now I want to change the oil for torque convertor/transmission (YJ240).

I know the factory used this: They call it in China: “8#hydraulic transmission oil”.

Does anybody know what kind oil that is?:

Is that a TO-4 oil or UTTO oil, etc.?

        Can I mix them?

        Many thanks for the answers.

        Best regards, Theo

The ZL-15 is a nice piece of equipment. It has a two speed powershift so it probably uses the same oil.

I'd use the Cat TO-4 or Cat TDTO or equivalent.

No, you can't mix them or you'll be asking for it in a short period of time.

Don't ever use any type of ATF.

What’s the YJ-240? An elevator lift?

If you want to find out what oil is already in it, send in a specimen to an oil lab for analysis, it only costs about $30.00.
