I bought a 354C Kama w/ bucket and B/H and only 52 hrs. on it. The previous owner said he had to replace the throwout bearing. Not being familiar with tractors per/se I took him at his word. WRONG! My son and I have re-furbished the wiring, put new front end steering linkage on it and corrected the hydraulic system problems, except for leaks. Now that I'm more familiar with the working of this tractor,I notice that the two stage clutch does not work. I have to either work the hydraulics while in gear, or shift to neutral so as not to ride the clutch. How do I check, adjust or repair the two stage clutch??  thanks ChuckG

          Hi chuck

I am in the process as well on my JM604. Look at post – JM604 Clutch Adjustment -for some pic's. From what I can see they all function in the same way, but some adjustment points/clearances are different. In the manual they should tell you clutch pedal distance adjustments as well.

Thanks for the info. Right now my son has the tractor at his house w/the manuals. I forwarded all to him inc. JM604 info & pics. I'll see if we can match this to our manual. Meanwhile I will accept any other info from the net. Thanks again, Chuck.
