someone told me, owning the tractor for 10 years the rubber supporting the tractor's hydraulics will wear out.
I have learned to accept that. So last year, my hydra connection at the pump blew as I move some dirt for my buddy.
I had to get a local company to repair it because of the fitting sizes.
Now I reloaded the hydra old, back into the gear shift area and into the tank behind the seat. OK.. so the oil was not that clean.
Now the up / down and pivot control arm for the bucket will not work.
Looking for people who have been to his rodeo and have an idea what to do…
Thanks…. Lawrence the Rocket Scientist…

First things first. What type of oil did you put back in? The tank under the seat is for your hydraulic system, it should be AW32 or AW46. The “gear shift area” should be 90W or 75-90W gear oil. Does the Three point work?

If your hose at the pump blew and you operated the tractor for a period of time you could have damaged your pump.

Wow… what a good question.
I put the AWG weight 32 under the seat and… (excuse me) in the gear box.. (augh… poop.)… There is no Chinese documentation with the heavy junk…. Every thing is a guess.

Telling me most likely I pooched the pump… You mean drove it too hard. I would like to agree, but it was the hose the snapped and broke. The hose junction was saved by a skilled electric motor guy in Martinsburg, WV. Some kind of funny size…
so how do I test the pump… if it has pressure or is clogged up.
And you know that gizmo box UP DOWN LEFT RIGHT front end loader. Well that works no more. some times I get enough hydrolic to move it up and down. and as for the 3 point hitch. it went into retirement. There is nothing there..
The grand question is … dirt in line, bad oil, or pump kabosh….
What say thee.

And lastly… I think this little red tractor overheats way to fast. Bush Hogs last only 20 minutes with a 5 foot chopper. Then it overheats.
Why.. because my oil is out of balance.. bad… and cant take the stress…
Plus for how much I like this Jinma… I don't know what to think about that radiator. It does not leek, but alway… clogged or bent, or smashed.
I would like to believe the reason the engine overheats is because of the hydrological oil between implement and engine.
What say thee to that… L. http://www.ctoa.net/ctoa/wp-co…..', '', '1');” src=”http://www.ctoa.net/ctoa/wp-content/forum-smileys/reading.gif” alt=”readin” />
