        this has happened twice in last 2 days: engine runs, then stops. When turning the ring on the fuel injection pump assembly, noted “white stuff” (our Diesel is red). Unscrewed secondary fuel filter and found it full of water; replaced filter, tested fuel from tank (clean Diesel), primed via hand pump, restarted. After some sputtering, start. Used tractor for several hours. Next morning, started tractor and ran engine on low RPM to agitate my 50 gal sprayer–for about 40 minutes. Drove tractor for 5 min., and engine dies on me. AGAIN: WATER in filter.

        WHERE IS THAT WATER COMING FROM? The engine oil is clean, no water there; the tank is full of good Diesel;

        I need some better pictures and maintenance info that that contained in the Chinese engine manual. Who can help?

          Are you using Kolor Kut to test your fuel?

            naw–but if water is mixed in with my red Diesel, is separates as while layer on the bottom of a container, and the fuel out of the tank  looks clean. Where can THAT MUCH WATER (a whole fuel filter full) come from?

              The fuel system is in no way connected to the cooling system, so therefore it must come from the tank. Sorry, no other options. Do you park it outside in the rain? Water is semi-miscible with fuel and you can’t always see the interface.

                Well, I accept that water must come from the tank–so I drained it, drained every filter, refilled and it started up. Now I know that one of my farm interns screwed up.
