Hi there, I haven’t been here in many moons but I love the new site! I have I believe a 1999 Jinma 254 with a Koyker loader. The loader is run off of a separate pump driven off the front of the crank. My problem is that when the tractor gets warm the 3-point wont lift an implement. I don’t notice the loader getting weak, just the 3-point. The fluid is not that old and the filter is clean. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

        Thanks, Bill

I would say that if your three point hydros work when oil is cold and doesn’t when it gets to a normal working temp. that you have a pressure problem in the three point lift system or something is bypassing. I am not familiar with that lift but the old fords there are adjustments that can be made to the pump and associated springs .

Do you hAve the Chinese quick disconnects on your loader? I’m not sure, but I think hydraulic fluid passes through them to operate 3 point.

Sounds like you either your pump for the 3- point is getting weak, or your O-rings are bypassing on the 3- point piston. Not sure how your steering is plumbed ? Which pump . Most of the front mounted pumps only took care of the steering, the other pump took care of the loader and the 3- point.I would have to see it to confirm
