Hopefully these pics load. I have had a leaky loader ram for some time. When I got the tractor in 2005 I got 2 spare rams, the ones that are on it now as I replaced the original ones about 4 years ago with the spares. I went to rebuild one of the original ones and found it is completely different from the others, and it seems everyone else’s also as I can only get the seals from a hydraulic dealer, all the guys affiliated with this site sell totally different sizes than this is. (It is a ZL20).
Anyhow… one pic, the one with no seals or scrapers or anything, is of the ram I replaced it with (and bought with the Jinma). It has 2 seals and a “scraper” in the middle. The other 3 pics are of the original ram , I cannot understand how it operated, it has 2 oil scrapers or spaces and one (weird style) seal which you can see is held “out” by the O-ring. I just cant fathom that working under much pressure. I would assume I had taken something out when it failed previously but nothing else will fit in there as the castellated nut cannot be screwed out any more and still have the cotter pin go in the hole! does anyone else have a seal that looks like the 3 pictures?

OK, this pic is from the hyd ram which needs a Part # UHS 40 50 6 seal. which no dealers seem to have.
