I am trying to repair a leaking cylinder on my loader ,but the seal in the end cap in the kit is for a 25mm rod and I have a 28m rod. Has any one else ever found this in their need to repair a cyclinder on their loader?

I believe the dealer where you purchased the kit should help you, however you will probably get lucky just going to a hydraulic shop. Most stock a lot of metric seals.

OK, Talked to my Guy in China, he said there are different factory's suppling the ZL-20 cylinders some use 28mm rods , some use 25 mm rods.I keep the 25 mm kits because I guess that is the most common, I just ordered some 28 mm kits and they will be here in about a week

I just rebuilt my ZL-20 cylinder. Based on the mfg date on my loader and tractor (Jinma 284 mfg 2004) I ordered the 28mm repair kit. Not knowing that the previous owner had changed out the cylinders to the newer ones, I proceded to try and install the seals….after messing up two of the seals, I realized that I had the wrong size. Next day I called Jerry at affordable and explained the problem..he sent out the correct kits as I sent back the others. No Charge!! I received the new kits and 20 minutes later I was back in business!! Many Thanks To Affordable Tractor Sales and Jerry!! Great to deal with!!
