Well, had the Hydraulic shop, check pump, ( they stated because the slot on the pump drive was hard to test, but it was pumping ) the cylinder was tested and functioning properly, they thought it was something in the Main valve assy.

Headed back to the Cabin on Wednesday, re-installed pump and stabizier cylinder, and it still won't work.

Decided to take the presure relief valve apart ( did this once before about 3 years ago ) any way took it apart recleaned still nothing. The fluid in the tank was still moving.

This was not a happy time, then the Misses, comes to the shop and ask's ( how's it going Honey) not good.

Then she ask's did you put it back together properly?

I then decide to check the old Front end loader valve, ( which I replaced 4 years ago, to the one offered on this Site )

Sure enough, I place the small spring into the small piston, instead of the other end.

Re-installed, properly, and now it works !!!!!!

I think I can now re and re the pressure relief in my sleep. Boblaugh

I took the pump to the Local Hydraulic shop in Surrey, B.C. ( done work for me before quite Good) He stated ther same thing that if one cylinder was out it should not affect the rest of the operation.

I'm getting him to test the pump, for pressure, check the stabilizer cylinder for working order, and rotate the extra pump and test.

I did clean the pressure relief valve and it seemed clean, no particales around the needle, and blow out the needle base, cleaned the upper base with O-ring and spring, all looked clean.

Hydraulic shop stated it could be in the Valve Body, I don't like the idea of trying to pull all the spools out to check, but the Back-hoe isn;t much good if it won't work.

Any way, I'll re-install pump and cylinder after it's been cleared, and give it a try.hmmm

          Good Morning Hal,

The new Site looks great, but I'm not sure how to go to the next page, of a article, I only see arrows to go to the top of the page. How do you get to the next page.

This was more clear on the old Site, or I'm just not that smart?
