Tractor is a Jinma 354. Is that a common sump?

Took the cover off- Water and mud inside. Not sure which seal was leaking to allow it to enter but the problem is fixed. Thanks again

Thank You

My first step will be to take off the cover and look for water. Not sure of how it could have gotten in there. It freezes up every time the temp gets below 32.

Thanks Rich and Spring Valley. I was probably heating the wrong area. If I can find the weep hole that should solve the problem
