All that is holding that in now is a bearing on the inside, if you can get something on either side of the big gear, and wiggle it out.the bearing on the end is sitting in a recessed area, it's not pressed in there

The Nortrac is the same as the Jinma 200 series, if you just need a tractor parts manual. If you want a set of manuals that includes the Parts, operation, Engine you need to know which engine you have ( Example Y385T )

Take that 8 bolt cover off that the axle went thru, you will need to order a new driving shaft, bearing, 1/2 moon washer, gasket, seals, The driving shaft is pressed onto the bearing and the 1/ 2 moon washers. If you do not have a bearing press any local auto parts store can press the new one on for you.
We have all the replacement parts in stock., Do you have a parts book ? If not we have those also

Most of the time what causes that seal to fail or blow out is a deadhead situation, keep a close eye on it

The solenoids are all different, we should have one that fits your tractor, we need to know the starter number. Some of the TY395 engines have the QD1315D starter
If you will send me a pic I'm sure we can get you fixed up

Take the 2- bolts out of the pump, both lines off the pump and the pump will come off. The pump driver is in the engine and should still be good. The new pump does not have to be bled it will purge the air out on its own, after you install the new pump make sure the hydraulic tank under the seat is full start the tractor and ork the loader and 3-point, recheck the fluid level CBN-314L 200 series
We have the new pumps in stock

Sounds like the pump maybe dead heading ,loosen the bolts up on the pump the ones that hold the pump together ,see if that helps, if yes it could be your pump body is warped ?kit not installed correctly, ect. There are 2- different pump kits, one is thinner than the other
Also check your quick connects to make sure they are seated correctly
