http://www.affordabletractorsalesco.comSounds like you either your pump for the 3- point is getting weak, or your O-rings are bypassing on the 3- point piston.Not sure how your steering is plumbed ? Which pump . Most of the front mounted pumps only took care of the steering, the other pump took care of the loader and the 3- point.I would have to see it to confirm

A replacement primer pump for your TY395 is around $ 50.00 plus shipping.
