Our external Hydraulic filter kits, it's made to install on the return line near the pump, you cut out a 3″ section of the hard line and install the filter head with 2- compression type fittings.You will need to cut the screen off the existing hydraulic filter in the hydraulic tank, but you must keep the pick up pipe

I have some of the complete valve bodys if you end up needing one, while I don't keep many of the parts for the Chinese backhoes, I did end up with several of the valves

You can change it very easy, as Bob mentioned.You can always have both pumps side by side with the suction and outlet ports the same side , then match the new pumps internal gears with your old one.

The valve lash setting is correct for your Engine set COLD, I have the replacement fuel injectors for your engine if you are interested

I agree with all the above, if you are going to go ahead and purchase new injectors for the shelf. You need to know which engine you have, Jinma used 3-different engines in the 254/284 tractors.Yangdong Y385, Liadong KM385 or most uncommon Quanchai QC 385.
You said you have 2- hours on it, where did you buy it from ? What is the year model date of manuf. on the fender ?.
Jinma just went back to using the Yangdong engines in the 254 tractors last year,if the tractor was old stock it may have had the Liadong KM385. Or the best way is to get the engine info off the engine

I'm pretty sure the injector pump and the flywheel housing are the same as the Y385T, if you will send us some pics I can confirm it for you
