If you will drain the fuel tank, then take the fuel line, and the bottom of the bowl off (clear part), you can unscrew the fuel sediment bowl to replace it or see whats leaking. It will come off without removing the fuel tank

There are 3- different TY395 Engines, TY395I, TY395E-3, TY395 E-1,the parts are not all the same. You need to confirm Which engine you have first,I would also check the old Head gasket vs the new one very close, there is a difference. This same problem comes up with this engine SL3105 BT, and the SL3105 ABT both use some of the same parts but not all
You might have got a EPA head and a Non EPA block,or if your mechanic is confident the head is the correct one, get the parts supplier to send you a exhaust manifold

I have the GPM on the pumps at the shop, however it’s around 8.5 GPM on the E314 pump which is what your tractor has and plenty to run the backhoe.I also have a upgraded hydraulic pump CBN E-320 that will increase the GPM alot more if you needed it ,if it came with the tank already, we have the factory Backhoe pump that mounts above the PTO shaft on your tractor yo could use that too
Or if you have a Koyker loader, you can get the power beyond sleeve and hook up the backhoe thru that loader valve.

True use a piece of wood.I have seen a few PTOs that just would not stop turning after they were disengaged but 90 % of them the PTO clutch needed to be adjusted
