I'm a master plumber by trade, I would get a 1-1/4″ valve and fittings,it's volume and pressure,the 1-1/4″ valve will give you the volume you have now without the valve, but the springs inside the backflow preventer will reduce your pressure by about 3-5 lbs depending on type of backflow valve

I have a screw on filter kit you you can install on the return line to the pump,it comes with a filter head, screw on filter, fittings, compression fittings for your hard line.All you have to do is cut out about a 4″ section of the hard line to install

The Claw is held in place by the Fork 131, the claw slides on the driving shaft that is what locks the differential lock in .There are 2- snap rings and a nut, It has to be disassemblied to be removed

The 69T gear lost a tooth when the Spline sleeve slide back into it, I would check the Spline sleeve for damage also.You have to remove the Rear housings then you can disassemble and get the gear off,looks like you have a job ahead of you
