The engine and injector pump must be timed together so that at (16 degree BTC or whatever degree it calls for your engine) the injector pump is ready to spray fuel into the number 1 cylinder.you can test this by spinning the engine over with a socket that when the crankshaft reachs the BTC mark that fuel starts to come out of the # 1 port of the fuel injector pump.

You will prob, have to remove a injector to make sure number 1 is at TDC

You need to get the engine back to TDC and start from there before you bend some push rods or cause other damage, Injector pumps have to be timed, you do not know where that pump is at when you take it out of the box. When you loosen the 3- bolts on the pump you will only be able to adjust 3-4 degrees either way, you will have to pull the gear off the pump,to get the pump set at number 1

Check your fuel sediment bowl, there is also a thimble screen inside the bolt holding the fuel line on the bottom of the injector pump, Inside the tank is a screen attached to the fuel sediment bowl, you may have to remove to get fuel flowing again, sounds like the diesel bugs got you.

There are a couple of places to adjust, you will see a cable bracket under the tractor that you can lengthen or shorten the travel of the cable, there is also a turnbuckle adjustment at the rear of the tractor.

If you cannot get it to adjust, you have bent the shift fork already and you have to remove the side plate on the tractor

The priority valve makes sure you have steering before anything else,so that could be your problem, follow your hydraulic lines it should leave the pump and go to the inlet of the loader valve, out of the loader valve to the priority valve, from the priority valve to the steering box and to the rear 3-point.You may need to get a gauge to confirm whats going on.I'm assuming your tractor has 1- hydraulic pump for everything

Sounds like the steering cylinder is bypassing internally, you need to take the cylinder apart and check the seals, I have seen this happen on new tractors where the seals were damaged during assembly. We prob. have a rebuild kit, need to know the rod size in mm.
