Is it running smooth no black smoke when it is running ? I still say it's starving for fuel, take the supply line off the bottom of the fuel injector pump, turn the valve on to see how much flow you have, there is a thimble screen inside the same bolt that holds that line on.When you pump the primer is it hard or easy to push ?On the new injector pump there is a check valve bolt that holds the fuel line on to the front or back side of the pump, where is the check valve bolt on the front line ? or the back line ? The check valve bolt looks like a bolt inside another bolt.

It's running out of fuel, you have to start at the fuel tank to the injector pump.

Check flow, screens inside fuel line, fuel filter, did you put oil in injector pump ? If you are getting air,it could be several things. Have you tried pumping the fuel primer as it's running and wanting to quit ? Any change ? Why did you change the injector pump ? How did you time it ? What did you set the timing too ?

When our shopping cart was set up for Online orders it had to have a min. shipping charge, some items it is high on some it is cheap on.We are open 6 days a week, all you would of had to do is call,we would have sent you the part in a $ 3.00 mailer.

You are making it sound like we are price gouging you to death,we spend hours on the phone trying to help you guys out at “NO CHARGE”, we don't expect anything for that time,we answer the phone so if you have a problem with our service give me a call.Guess what if you order a water pump the shipping is the same as the min. for the key,but it costs me $ 4.00 more.

You are welcome to order a key from China, but your not going to like there shipping cost either

Are you talking about the 4×4 engagement lever ? If so spray some WD40 where the lever attachs ,spray where the shaft comes out the side of the housing, work the lever up and down it will free it up.

My guess is that you have a blown o-ring on the 3-point piston. You need to remove it and check the o-rings (this piston is under the seat) Do you have a parts book ? We have a rebuild kit for it.I see you are a guest, pay the $ 15.00 and join you will get your moneys worth of information off here

Let me know if we can help

I'm sure a starter shop could tell you for sure, why don't you get the OEM ? Or switch to the new reduction type starters they are using now ? The QDJ1332A,they spin the engine over better
