OK, Talked to my Guy in China, he said there are different factory's suppling the ZL-20 cylinders some use 28mm rods , some use 25 mm rods.I keep the 25 mm kits because I guess that is the most common, I just ordered some 28 mm kits and they will be here in about a week

I found a complete new cylinder thats 28mm ,but all the other ones are 25mm.

What color are your old seals, we had another customer last year that we found the 300 series steering kit fot his loader cylinder and it was a ZL-20.?

I'm working on a possible solution,are you 100 percent sure of the actual measurement ? I checked a older 204 tractor with a TY290 and it was the same as the 254
19 7/8″ long

I'm pretty sure your radiator is plugged up, I have seen this many times over the last 10 years, you need to be able to see thru all the fins, you also need to remove the battery to get the lower part clean

I agree with Bob,mailman, the most likely problem is the relief valve,you should also try to get a pressure gauge into the system to confirm your pump pressure,and to set the relief valve once you get it going.
We only sold a few of the backhoes in 2002 ,and we had alot of problems so we quit selling them.hey are less expensive to purchase but can be alot of problems

Mahindra China bought out this factory and they are still making tractors ,you may be able to contact Mahindra for parts

I have the torque specs at the office as well as the valve settings,they are different on intake and exhaust and are supposed to be done on a cold engine

They used 2- different types of clutchs,3- finger or 6- finger,can you tell me which one you have ? or send a pic ?
