        i do have a manual but i do not know where to even start to find the shoes.

          Have not got out yet. I found how to get the gear out but I am having touble getting he bearing out to get the gear out. I am also trying to change brake shoes which looks like a big big job.

            Yes, i need a left front end ball joint, i think that is what you would call it, and i need a switch for the TS254c Kama tractor. I really have some other questions about the power steering and the brakes and some other questions also. My First Tractor. Can send some pix if needed.

                looks like the pins are all right. i took the shaft off and had a big pair of pliers and turn the round shaft and it went into reverse and moved only about 10 feet then pop out. went back into forward fine.

                    This is Bennie. i have a ts254c and i have no wire going to my glow plugs. previous owner done something and there is no wire. Can you tell me where the wire starts and gets to the glow plugs.

                    I think it should come from switch to plugs, i do have a glow plug position on key switch.

                        Hey. I have a kama ts254c also. I am having problem with the shuttle transimission. It will not go into reverse, but will go into forward. Where do i start with this. First tractor. I also have trouble with my pto not working, the lifter works.
