OK, the tee shirt logo tractor needs better definition, too fuzzy.
The upper one looks fine to me.

Are you sure of that? The spin-on filter is usually the secondary filter which is located between the lift pump and the fuel injection pump. There is no primary filter per se, only the screen in the sediment bowl, and the small screen in the lift pump suction banjo bolt fitting. The return fuel to the tank from the fuel injection pump is not filtered.

If you pop out the fill/vent cap you can install on of these. I know there are some that don't require access to the reservoir but I ran out of time.
